These Terms govern JagX AI (app, website, APIs) operated by JagX and JRILICENSE. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Service — AI assistant for chat, coding, and learning. Outputs can be wrong; review before relying on them.
2. Acceptable use — No illegal activity, scams, harassment, or abuse of the system.
3. Finance — Trading or money content is educational only, not advice.
4. IP — JagX name, crest, and design belong to JagX & JRILICENSE.
5. Liability — Service provided as-is. We are not liable for losses from reliance on AI output.

We may process account data (if you sign in), messages you send, local history on device, and technical logs. We do not sell personal data. Do not paste secrets into chat. Contact support or open a GitHub issue for deletion requests.
What we store — email/profile if you sign in; optional vault tokens on our server for tools you connect; bot job logs.
What stays on device — chat history in browser storage until you clear it.
